Most people brief an AI agent the way they would brief a distracted intern — you’re a helpful assistant that does marketing — and then wonder why the output is generic. An agent without a proper operational spec guesses at the standard, drifts between runs, burns tokens on its own confusion and produces work nobody would sign.
The kit is the spec format the agents here actually run on: a blank template, a section-by-section guide to what each part is for, two worked examples (an agent that builds digital products and one that writes), and a completeness checklist to run before deployment. It is framework-agnostic: the spec is the briefing, and how it is loaded into CrewAI, LangGraph, AutoGen or raw API calls is a detail.
